**Job Title**: Store Supervisor

**Department**: Bus Depot

**Location**: Shanthinagar, Bangalore.

**Reports To**: Store Manager

**Job Summary**: The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves managing staff, inventory, and maintaining store standards to maximize sales and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Implement and maintain customer loyalty programs.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure fresh product availability.
- **Sales and Profitability**:

- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage pricing and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Oversee visual merchandising to attract and engage customers.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain security protocols to prevent theft and loss.
- Conduct regular audits and report discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
