InsideSport is hiring We are looking for dynamic sports writers who can whip out fun-to-read copies on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, etc. If you eat, sleep, drink, and breathe cricket, and if you write crisp English, you already have the edge.

Ideally, you should have worked for 3 or 4 years in the sports industry but freshers are more than welcome to apply. While you send in your resumes, tell us how you fit the bill. For starters, here's what we are looking
- Passion for sports
- A deep understanding of cricket
- You should be able to write flawless English (that's non-negotiable for an English website)
- You need to be quick and you need to love deadlines
- We love people who challenge norms and set their narratives with their stories
- The icing on the cake: If you are just as awesome in front of the camera

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sports journalism, with a strong portfolio of published articles.
- In-depth knowledge of various sports along with a passion for sports news.
- Digitally savvy and experienced on social media, both as a user, content creator and a reporter
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative content.
- Strong research and fact-checking abilities.
- Familiarity with multimedia content creation, including video and podcasting, is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced newsroom environment.
- A commitment to accuracy, ethics, and journalistic integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
