**Hiring Freight Brokers - Experienced & Freshers Welcome**

Ryaan Logistics Group LLC is expanding, and we’re looking for **Freight Brokers** to join our dynamic team Whether you’re an **experienced broker** or a **fresher with International BPO experience**, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers.
- Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable deals.
- Monitor shipments to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.
- Resolve freight-related issues and provide top-notch customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

**Who Can Apply?**
- **Experienced Freight Brokers** (Minimum 6 months in logistics).
- **Freshers with International BPO experience** & strong communication skills.
- Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and load boards (preferred, but not mandatory).
