Performance Marketer

As a Performance Marketer for a hyper-local business, your primary responsibility is to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic and data-driven marketing campaigns. You will be focused on maximizing the business's online presence and attracting local customers to their physical location.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hyper-local business and increase customer acquisition. This includes identifying target audiences, setting campaign objectives, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
Digital Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize the business's website and local listings to improve organic search visibility and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities to enhance search engine rankings.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the business's social media presence across relevant platforms. Develop social media strategies, create engaging content, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools. Generate regular reports to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Local Partnerships and Outreach: Identify potential partnerships and collaborations with local organizations, influencers, or relevant businesses to expand the hyper-local business's reach and visibility within the community.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to segment customer data, create personalized marketing campaigns, and measure customer lifetime value (CLTV). Implement customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing, hyper-local marketing, and digital advertising. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and innovate marketing efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer, Digital Marketer, or similar role, preferably in a hyper-local business context.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local marketing and community outreach is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
