**Medical Representative - Generic Division (Domestic Market)**
**Location**: Ahmedabad, India

**Department**: Business Development / Sales - Generics

**Reports To**: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager - Generics

**Job Summary**:We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented

**Medical Representative** to promote and sell our **generic pharmaceutical products** in the domestic market. The role involves meeting doctors, retailers, wholesalers, and stockists to drive sales, increase product awareness, and grow market share in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:∙Promote the company’s generic product portfolio to doctors, chemists, and stockists. ∙Generate prescriptions and ensure availability of products at retail and wholesale counters. ∙Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and trade partners. ∙Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company guidelines. ∙Organize and conduct doctor meetings, product detailing, and chemist surveys. ∙Collect and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and product feedback. ∙Ensure timely order booking, delivery follow-up, and payment collections. ∙Maintain accurate records of daily field activity and submit reports to the reporting manager. ∙Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

**Experience**: 2-4 years in pharma sales; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome ∙Good understanding of generic pharma market, trade dynamics, and distribution channels ∙Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills ∙Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
