**Location**: Thoraipakkam

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Includes Sunday Work, with 1 Week Off Option)
**Experience Required**: 1-2 Years
**Reporting To**: Sales & Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update customer, sales, and marketing data into internal databases and Excel sheets
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Generate regular reports and assist in data analysis using MS Excel
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Perform quality checks and rectify data inconsistencies or errors
- Support administrative tasks related to sales campaigns and marketing activities

**Key Requirements**:

- **1-2 years** of relevant data entry experience, preferably in Sales/Marketing departments
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be available to **work on Sundays**:

- Flexible to take **1 week off** as needed (with prior approval)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

**Working Days & Hours**:

- **Working Days**: 6 days a week (Sunday mandatory)
- **Weekly Off**: Any one weekday (excluding Sunday)
- **Leave**: 1 week off permitted (advance notice required)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
