**Job Title **:Speech Writer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Speech Writer to join our team. As a Speech Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive speeches for our executives, leaders, and clients.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their messaging goals and develop speeches that effectively communicate their ideas, vision, and values to various audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Research and gather relevant information, data, and anecdotes to support speech content.Develop clear and concise speech outlines, scripts, and talking points tailored to the speaker's style, tone, and preferences. Craft engaging and memorable narratives that resonate with the audience and align with the speaker's goals.Incorporate rhetorical devices, storytelling techniques, and persuasive language to captivate and inspire the audience.Ensure accuracy, coherence, and consistency of messaging across all speeches and presentations.

Edit and revise speech drafts based on feedback and input from stakeholders.Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality.Stay informed about current events, industry trends, and relevant topics to inform speech content.

Provide coaching and guidance to speakers on delivery, pacing, and presentation skills.

**Requirements** : Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communication.

Hindi Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience (2 years) as a speech writer, copywriter, journalist, or communications specialist.

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive, impactful, and audience-appropriate content. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and compelling messages. Creativity and imagination to develop original and engaging speech content.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and style.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.

Portfolio of previous speeches, articles, or writing samples demonstrating your writing style and ability to convey key messages effectively.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
