Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Development**: Create and develop innovative design concepts that meet client requirements and preferences.
- **Client Consultation**: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget. Present design ideas and recommendations.
- **Project Management**: Oversee all phases of the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Space Planning**: Develop detailed space plans that optimize layout, functionality, and aesthetics.
- **Material and Finish Selection**: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the design concept and client preferences.
- **Technical Drawings**: Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using CAD software and other design tools.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project success.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and ensure financial goals are met.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design specifications are followed, and address any issues that arise.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and innovations in the interior design field.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of professional experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on [residential/commercial/hospitality] projects.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
