**Job Title: Graphic Designer (Tourism & MICE)**

We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in animations and social media creatives to join our creative team and elevate our visual storytelling across digital platforms.

**Role Overview**: As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual assets, including graphics, animations, and social media creatives, to engage audiences and promote our tourism and MICE offerings. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and event teams to develop innovative designs that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Conceptualize and design visual assets for a variety of digital and print collateral, including website graphics, advertisements, brochures, signage, and promotional materials.
- Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into visually stunning designs that capture the essence of our destinations, events, and experiences.
- Use industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality graphics and illustrations with attention to detail and precision.

**Animation**:

- Develop motion graphics and visual effects to bring static designs to life and convey complex concepts in a dynamic and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop animated assets that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.

**Social Media Creatives**:

- Design eye-catching social media graphics, posts, stories, and ads optimized for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to create relevant and impactful visual content that drives engagement and amplifies brand presence.
- Collaborate with social media managers and digital marketers to develop content calendars, brainstorm creative concepts, and execute campaigns that drive results and foster community engagement.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand identity guidelines across all design assets, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external partners on visual design standards and best practices to maintain brand integrity and quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of design assets to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience (4 years) in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a strong proficiency in digital design, animations, and social media creatives.
- Expertise in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, and other animation/motion graphics software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for travel, tourism, and events, with a deep understanding of industry trends and audience preferences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
