Roles and responsibilities Must Have capabilities: 1. Performance Testing Scope Includes: - Requirements Gathering: - Identify & validate performance criteria (e.g., response time, throughput, concurrency). - Test Planning: and walkthrough the test plan with all the stakeholders. - Environment Sanity: - Prepare test data and user profiles wherever needed - Perform environment sanity needed for NFT - Test Execution: - Conduct load, stress, endurance, and breakpoint tests. Also perform Batch performance testing [Intra and EOD batch Jobs] - Monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, disk I/O, network). - Analysis & Reporting: - Analyze bottlenecks and performance issues. - Provide detailed reports with recommendations. - Optimization Support: - Collaborate with development teams to tune performance. - Re-test after optimizations. Deliverables: - Performance Test Plan - Test Scripts and Scenarios - Execution Logs and Metrics - Performance Test Report Good to Have capabilities: Failure Modes and Effects Testing (FMET) Scope Includes: - System Understanding: - Review system architecture, interfacing components, and workflows. - Identify critical functions and dependencies. - FMET Workshops: - Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to brainstorm failure modes scenarios across apps in-scope. # RESTRICTED ## - Use templates defined and used from previous projects - Risk Assessment: - Utilize the Severity assessments done from domain architect & System analyst - Coordinate with the DA/SA/FBA for risk assessment scenarios finalized by them based on risk rating /Severity rating. - Mitigation Planning: - Recommend any efficient monitoring mechanism for Failover mechanism tracking - Tabulate the Feedback on the above Monitoring Mechanism and Improvements suggested - Documentation & Review: - Maintain FMET worksheets and logs. - Capture observations and outcomes into FMET summary report and sign-off Deliverables: - FMET Worksheets - Risk Assessment Summary - Mitigation Plan - Final FMET Report **Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - LoadRunner: 1 year (preferred) - Quality assurance: 3 years (preferred)
