As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all media.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content creators, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- **Conceptualization**: Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into designs that meet the strategic goals of the project.
- **Revisions & Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs, ensuring final outputs meet expectations.
- **Time Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to communicate design ideas and rationale effectively.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
