Advance Paints Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial, high performance and marine coatings. We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.

**Role Purpose**

**Responsibility**

**1. Daily Stock Transactions**:

- Record and manage daily transactions of incoming stocks.
- Monitor and update inventory levels.

**2. Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter and update data related to stock transactions and other relevant information.

**3. Supervision**:

- Supervise the store department staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee material loading and unloading activities to ensure safety and efficiency.

**4. Computer Operations**:

- Proficiently operate computers to perform tasks related to stock management and other store department functions.

**5. ERP Management**:

- Utilize the ERP system to track, manage, and report on inventory and other relevant data.

**6. Document Verification**:

- Verify and maintain accurate records of documents related to stock transactions and other store operations.

**7. Quality Checks**:

- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure compliance with company standards.

**8. Invoice Generation**:

- Generate production invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

**9. Raw Material Management**:

- Monitor and maintain the stock of raw materials, ensuring availability for production needs.

**10. Purchase Order Processing**:

- Create and process purchase orders for necessary materials and supplies.

**11. Opening and Closing Entries**:

- Execute opening and closing entries in the system as required.

**Support Functions**

1. Liaison with production and stores

**Skills Required**:
1. Proven experience in store management or a related field.

2. Proficiency in computer operations, including ERP systems.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

5. Knowledge of quality control standards.

6. Excellent communication and supervisory skills.

7. Familiarity with raw materials used in paints production and their characteristics.

8. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

**Experience Required**
- 2-5 Years

**Qualification Required**
- Graduate

**Mandatory Requirement**
- Must be a local from Sewri or nearby areas.
- Who has worked in the store department of a company manufacturing industrial and high performance coatings

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
