
Office Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, printing, scanning, and data entry.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
- Support HR and finance teams with PF-related tasks such as:
- Collecting and verifying PF documents from employees.
- Coordinating with the PF office for account setup, transfers, withdrawals, and claims.
- Preparing and submitting necessary PF forms and documents.
- Following up on PF-related queries and issues with the concerned authorities.
- Assist with general office management activities like ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
- Familiarity with Provident Fund processes and basic HR documentation is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
