**Role & Responsibilities**:
Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Market Scouting and sampling activities with prospective retail outlets to build a strong dealer network.
Expand the offline presence of the brand by bringing new dealers on onboard.
Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Update existing clients and manage their portfolios to generate growth in the month on month sales with existing vendors.
Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes. Suggest new products based on the requirements of the dealership network
Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Maintain sales reports and documentation to facilitate smooth working with the clients.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
