As we expand our presence, we are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help us elevate our brand on Instagram and other social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and execute creative content ideas for Instagram and other social media platforms to showcase our cleaning services and brand values.
- **Video Production**: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos that capture the essence of our services, including before-and-after cleaning transformations, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- **Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and promotional materials for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content on Instagram and other platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and aesthetics.
- **Audience Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media, fostering a positive and engaging community.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, preferably with a focus on Instagram.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
- Experience in video shooting, including knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
