- **Making GRN and maintaining data in Excel sheet or software after receiving and issuing material**

**Task and Activity**

**1) Storage & Organization**

**Keeping store well organized with proper labelling, filling, etc. Organize items in an orderly and accessible manner, often using systematic storage like bin or rack systems.**

**2)** **Inventory Management**

**Materials indent preparation and forwarded the same to the purchase department. Material follow-ups with purchase department and suppliers against Purchase orders.**

**3) Documentation and Reports**

**Responsible for Issuing Inward and Outward Material in Store. Maintain stock register on daily basis. Responsible for Preparing GRN.**
