**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Graphic Design**
- Create engaging visuals for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), websites, and ads (banners, posters, infographics, etc.).
- Assist in designing branding materials (logos, business cards, brochures).
- Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity.

**2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics**
- Edit short-form videos (reels, ads, testimonials) and long-form content (YouTube, tutorials).
- Add motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and sound effects.
- Assist in video scripting and story boarding.

**3. Content Creation Support**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm visual concepts.
- Optimize designs/videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, file formats).
- Retouch and enhance images/videos as needed.

**4. Trend Research & Learning**
- Stay updated on design trends.
- Experiment with new editing styles and techniques.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, or related fields.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

**Preferred (But Not Mandatory)**
- Experience with AI design tools.
- Basic 3D animation skills.
- Portfolio showcasing design/video projects.
