- **Office upkeep**:

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in offices, pantries, and restrooms.
- Dispose of trash and ensure supplies are restocked.
- Dust furniture, light fixtures, and windows as scheduled.
- **Administrative support**:

- Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- **General assistance**:

- Run errands as needed for office staff.
- Help set up meeting rooms.
- Assist other administrative staff with their duties.
- Greet visitors and provide directions.
- Answer phone calls and handle basic queries.
- **Maintenance**:

- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
- Ensure general office logistics are functioning correctly.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
