1)Manage to convince the customer to clear the balance of outstanding dues

2)Understanding of the collections Policy and effective implementation of collection

3)Ensure all the SLA is been met and adhered to targets assigned are met month on month

5)Ensure 100% visits with TAT are conducted and the same is recorded on system

6)Need to ensure the collected payments from customer (cash /chq/ dd )and handover to Office

7)Need to collect correct phone numbers from the field and update the same during daily review meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
