**Job Summary**:
The Senior Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to undergraduate dental students, engaging in academic and clinical teaching, and contributing to research and departmental activities in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Duties**:

- Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials on Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Supervise pre-clinical and clinical training sessions.
- Design and evaluate assessments for student performance.
- Guide students in case presentations, seminars, and journal clubs.

**Clinical Responsibilities**:

- Supervise students in clinics and operation theatres.
- Support and participate in surgical procedures and patient care.
- Maintain clinical records and ensure ethical and safe clinical practices.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary case management.

**Research & Development**:

- Conduct and support research projects in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Encourage student involvement in research and publications.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and continuous professional development.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic audits.
- Assist in organizing academic events, camps, and clinical outreach programs.
- Maintain departmental records and contribute to accreditation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- BDS and MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a DCI-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience post-MDS preferred.
- Registration with the Dental Council of India (DCI).

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- Clinical expertise in minor and major oral surgical procedures.
- Ability to mentor and guide undergraduate students.

**Remuneration**:
As per institutional norms and experience.
