**Job Overview**:As a Sales Counselor at our education-based company, you will play a crucial role in helping prospective students and learners find the right educational programs and solutions that align with their goals and aspirations. You will serve as a guide and advisor, assisting individuals in making informed decisions about their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include understanding the company's offerings, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of our education products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's educational programs, courses, workshops, and other offerings. Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and changes to effectively communicate the value propositions to potential clients.

**Relationship Building**: Build strong relationships with leads and potential clients by actively listening, empathizing, and providing personalized recommendations. Establish trust and rapport to foster long-term partnerships.

**Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the unique requirements of each individual. Tailor your recommendations to address their specific learning objectives, career goals, and constraints.

**Information Sharing**: Provide detailed information about program content, curriculum, schedules, pricing, financial aid options, and any other relevant details. Address questions, concerns, and objections with accuracy and professionalism.

**Goal Alignment**: Help clients understand how the company's educational offerings align with their personal and professional goals. Emphasize the benefits and outcomes they can achieve through enrollment.

**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively converting leads into enrolled students. Use a combination of persuasive communication skills and genuine care for the prospect's success.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for potential clients throughout their decision-making process and enrollment journey.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM software or other tools provided by the company.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about trends in the education industry, competitors' offerings, and evolving client needs. Continuously improve your sales skills through training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Education, Psychology, Communications, etc.).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an education-related or consultative sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Adaptability to changing environments and willingness to embrace new strategies.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping people achieve their learning goals.
