**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality **3D visualizations** and walkthroughs for architecture, interiors, products, and exhibition setups.
- Understand and interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and product references.
- Model, texture, light, and render 3D scenes with attention to realism and detail.
- Collaborate with design and branding teams to translate ideas into visuals.
- Work with clients and internal teams to present and refine 3D outputs based on feedback.
- Maintain a library of 3D models, materials, lighting presets, and textures.
- Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, tools, and software updates.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or related fields.
- **2 to 4 years** of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in a studio or agency environment.
- Proficiency in **3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion**, or similar tools.
- Strong skills in **Adobe Photoshop** for post-production.
- Understanding of **materials, lighting techniques**, and camera compositions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred (Bonus) Skills**:

- Experience with **animation** or **360° walkthroughs**.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Blender, or Unity for immersive and interactive content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
