a) To supervise and oversee the discharge process of the patients from the hospital.

b) To ensure that the discharge summaries of the patients planned for discharge are prepared well in advance.

c) Ensure that the draft for discharge summaries is prepared by the RMO of the respective areas.

d) Timely preparation of discharge summaries and signatures by the respective consultants.

e) Coordinate the discharge process for early and smooth discharge of the patients.

f) Coordinate with consultants for planning discharges and finalizing the discharge summaries.

g) Resolving the discharge queries of the patients/attendants.

h) Ensure that the contents of the discharge summary are as per applicable NABH standards.

i) Ensure that the discharge file is prepared with complete reports to be handed over to the patients.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
