**Required BOOKKEEPER AP / AR with QUICKEN Accounting Software experience**:
**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Manage and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

Conduct account analysis and perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Utilize accounting software, such as Quicken, to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.

Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in the general ledger system.

Maintain and update accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Process and resolve issues related to vendor invoices and customer payments.

Perform miscellaneous accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

Atleast 4 years of experience in United States Bookkeeping is mandatory
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and technical accounting principles.
- At least one year of Experience with Quicken accounting software is mandatory
- Strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with vendors and customers.
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
- Knowledge of general ledger reconciliation processes.
- Certification in accounting, such as the Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) or the Certified Bookkeeper (CB) credential, is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
