Job Description: Business Development Officer
Location: Raichur, Karnataka
**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Fresher or experienced
Language: Local language (Kannada) or Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
Field Work:
Actively engage in field visits to meet potential clients.
Promote and sell UPVC doors and window profiles in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and retailers.
Sales and Marketing:
Identify and approach prospective customers to generate leads.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and advantages to clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Market Analysis:
Collect and analyze market data to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
Client Service:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Ensure timely delivery of products and follow up on client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Minimum qualification: 10+2 or diploma/graduate.
Language Proficiency: Should speak Kannada or Hindi fluently.
**Skills**:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively for work.
