**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Promote and sell a wide range of electrical products such as cables, wiring, transformers, switchgear, lighting solutions, etc.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and partners.
- Address customer queries and offer technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up on orders, manage account collections, and ensure smooth delivery of products.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to sales strategies by analyzing market data and feedback from clients.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets as per the company's sales strategy.
- Regularly update and maintain sales records in CRM software.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Business Administration (with relevant industry experience).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical products industry.
- Prior experience in dealing with industrial clients, contractors, or suppliers is an advantage.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of the electrical distribution systems, components, and building codes.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and relay them to customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
