_**Strategy**_
- _Develop and implement strategies to reduce cost, improve efficiency and minimize risk in supply chain management._
- _Negotiate with vendors to obtain favorable terms, such as price reduction._
- _Identifying and implementing new technologies that can improve efficiency in supply chain management processes such as inventory management, shipping and receiving, and materials handling._
- _Coordinating with internal staff as well as external vendors and contractors to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services through the supply chain._
- **Logistics Documentation**_
- _Responsible for generating the invoice, lorry Receipt and information on No. of boxes to be transferred._
- _Responsible to further prepare necessary documents with respect to goods to be delivered. Example Delivery challan._
- _Responsible for checking packing condition of the material to be delivered._
- **Transportation**_
- _Responsible for arranging transport for in station & outstation delivery._
- _Coordinate with warehouse team on the distribution of stock to respective location as per urgency._
- _Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to transportation._
- _Prepare delivery itinerary for maximum efficiency._
- _Ensure on time delivery of product to customer to enhance customer relationship._
- _Maintain awareness & knowledge of condition & location of fleet vehicles._
- _Ensure zero to minimum stock loss during transit._
- _Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management._
- _Responsible to maintain accurate logs of all goods being transported._
- _Manage the delivery cost under the assigned budget._
- _Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing._
- _Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirement._
- _Explore ways of improvising the existing Supply Chain Management._
- **Report**_

- _Delivery budget vs Delivery expense._

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,218.77 per month
