We are looking for Production Supervisor and Incharge for pune.

Company manufacturing of high quality bases and mechanisms for office chairs and other furniture components

He should handled 30 to 40 People.

Production Planning
Receive drawing, bill of material and cycle time study report from design and development department. Understand work scope, product requirements, delivery schedule and prepare production plan. Identify the requirement of material/manpower to complete production plan.
Prepare material requisitions note and send to Purchase department. Do follow up for availability of material on time. Give manpower requirement to H.R. department. Ensure availability of skilled manpower on time as per requirement.

Execution
Communicate and execute the production plan. Assign work responsibilities to production supervisor. Should be able to set the molds and molding of the molds on injection molding machines for production. Should be able to do trouble shooting of injection molded process and moldings.
Monitor the ongoing production work. Understand operational problems and provide solutions. Maintain coordination with Purchase, Stores, QA & Maintenance department for speedy execution of work. Ensure production targets are achieved.
Conduct periodical review meetings with production team to review performance.

Quality
Monitor the quality control parameters during production process and ensure quality parameters are achieved as per guidelines. Take measures to avoid rejections/wastages. Identify quality/process related problems & provide solutions to improve on the same. Conduct quality awareness programs for production team. Create quality centric culture on the shop floor.
After production conduct trials and testing. Verify and ensure all product specifications/ requirements. Handover sample product/final products to packing department.

Delivery & Coordination
Understand the delivery schedule and ensure timely supply of products for assembly department for testing. Achieve delivery targets.

5S & Kaizen
Ensure implementation of 5S & Kaizen in your work area.

Experience
- 4-10 yrs in Engg Plastic

Salary
- 30-60 k pm

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Injection Moulding Production: 5 years (preferred)
- Engineering plastic: 5 years (preferred)
- Taiwan, Milacron machines: 4 years (preferred)
