**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement engaging and well-structured lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- **Language Instruction**: Teach students the fundamental aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking, using creative and interactive teaching methods.
- **Literature Exploration**: Introduce students to a wide range of literary works, including novels, short stories, poetry, and plays, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.
- **Assessment and Progress Monitoring**: Regularly assess students' language proficiency and track their progress through assignments, tests, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their improvement.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation, respect, and a love for learning. Manage classroom behavior and address any issues that may arise effectively.
- **Technology Integration**: Incorporate educational technology and digital resources to enhance the learning experience and facilitate interactive lessons.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide extra help and support to students who require additional assistance in understanding and mastering English language skills.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, language trends, and educational technologies by participating in workshops, seminars, and relevant training.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, collaborate on curriculum development, and contribute to a cohesive and supportive educational team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an English Teacher or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with students and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Creative and dynamic teaching approach to engage and inspire students.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into lessons.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
