**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT equipment and software including laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, and software licenses.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to understand requirements and budgets.
- Track and monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments in coordination with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and technology updates to recommend optimal procurement strategies.
- Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or supplier performance.
- Generate regular reports on procurement activities and cost savings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT procurement or purchase management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with IT products, software, and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchase management software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of IT contract management.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
