**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site activities related to window delivery, handling, and installation.
- Coordinate with installers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
- Inspect installed windows to ensure proper fit, sealing, and finishing.
- Communicate project updates, issues, and progress to project managers.
- Maintain site records including attendance, deliveries, and daily progress.
- Resolve site-related problems or delays promptly to minimize disruption.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and client specifications.
- Train and monitor site staff to ensure work is performed effectively and safely.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor, preferably in window installation or glazing.
- Strong knowledge of different types of windows and installation techniques.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Physical stamina and ability to work on active construction sites.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in construction supervision or a related field.
- Forklift or crane operation certification (if relevant to job duties).
- Experience working with aluminum, uPVC, and wood window systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
