We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Collection & Marketing Associate to join our retail jewelry shop. This role will primarily focus on assisting with collection management and marketing activities to promote our products and enhance customer engagement.

- Collection Management:

- Assist in organizing and managing the jewelry collection, ensuring proper display and arrangement.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and replenishment activities as needed.

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and assisting with inquiries.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- **Merchandising**:

- Assist with visual merchandising efforts to create attractive and visually appealing displays that highlight our jewelry collection.
- Ensure that the shop floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
