Counter Saleswoman

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and identify their needs
- Present and explain merchandise to customers
- Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Answer customers’ questions and address their concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter
- Restock merchandise as needed
- Process returns and exchanges
- Offer additional products and promotions to customers
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Assist in inventory management

Counter Sales representatives should have a diverse set of skills and qualifications to succeed in their role, such as:

- Excellent customer service skills to assist customers in making purchases and handle any customer inquiries or complaints
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide clear and concise information about products or services
- Interpersonal skills to connect with customers on a personal level, building long-term relationships and client loyalty
- Product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers about the products available for sale
- Numeracy skills to handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change to customers
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory and ensure that the sales counter is always well-stocked
- Sales skills to effectively persuade and convince customers to make a purchase
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure, especially during peak business hours
- Physical stamina as counter sales jobs may require standing for extended periods

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹15,097.93 per month
