**Supervise On-Site Display Installations**Oversee the entire process of setting up material displays within the showroom, ensuring each installation aligns with design layouts and brand standards. Act as the primary point of contact during on-ground setup to resolve real-time challenges and ensure timely execution.
- **Coordinate with Carpenters, Electricians, and Vendors**Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including carpenters for fixture execution, electricians for lighting and power setup, and vendors supplying display materials. Manage timelines, communicate expectations clearly, and ensure all teams work in sync to achieve a cohesive showroom experience.
- **Ensure Showroom Readiness Pre-Launch**Take complete ownership of the showroom’s physical and visual readiness before the official launch. This includes coordinating final touch-ups, cleaning, material arrangement, and ensuring every corner reflects the desired design intent and customer experience.
- **Quality Check for Installed Materials**Conduct thorough quality checks of installed surfaces, fixtures, and material samples. Ensure that there are no defects, misalignments, or mismatches, and that all elements meet the company's quality benchmarks and visual appeal expectations.
- **Maintain Display Upkeep Regularly**Develop and execute a routine maintenance schedule for all showroom displays. This includes periodic cleaning, minor repairs, replacing damaged samples, and ensuring materials are always presented in pristine, customer-ready condition.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
