Our client is a leading financial services company with presence across the globe. They are pioneer in investment banking and hiring for AVP- FPA based in Bangalore.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible to formulate business forecast, budgets & financial plans at regular intervals.
- Calculation of Key performance metrics at organization level.
- Interaction with teams across globe to collect forecasting & budgeting requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiative to strengthen internal control & governance.
- Involve in calculations of revenue/income forecast, p/l & prepare decks for senior stakeholders.

**Role requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
- A finance educational background (CA/CFA/MBA) will give an added advantage.
- Should be agile & proactive to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of shared goals.
