- Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Set project timelines and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Supervise, train, and manage a team of painters, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Resolve on-site conflicts or issues promptly.
- Ensure proper use of painting techniques, tools, and materials for optimal results.
- Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitor and manage inventory of paints, tools, and supplies.
- Minimize waste and ensure cost-effective use of materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
