Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing motion graphics for a variety of purposes, including social media posts, presentations, flyers, video shoots and editing, and animation projects. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop motion graphics for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, PowerPoint presentations, brochure and marketing materials.
- Create animated presentations for internal and external audiences. Develop original concepts, storyboards, and animatics.
- Develop engaging flyer and banner designs for marketing campaigns.
- Participate in video shoots and handle post-production editing.
- Perform video editing and compositing to create polished final pieces.
- Design and animate 2D and/or 3D graphics for various projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the creative process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and storytelling techniques.
- Proven portfolio of motion graphics work, showcasing a variety of styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Cinema 4D and Illustrator.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and colour.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with video editing software like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software like Maya.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
