We're hiring a **Stenographer **for our client.

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Location**: Hyderabad
**Experience**: 2 to 4 years of experience
**Work type**: Work from office

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Typing and taking dictation in shorthand
- Writing, transcribing and compiling office documents
- Transcribing the typed materials accurately into common language
- Keeping careful records of files, documents and other official materials
- Arranging meetings and collecting information for supervisors
- Maintaining confidentiality of official documents and affairs
- Maintaining proper order of documents to be handed to officers
- Arranging and presenting documents in a logical order
- Keeping reference books, rules and ordinances up to date
- Keeping track of the progress of cases until they are closed
- Responsible for recording the proceedings takes the rough transcript and proofreads it before creating a final transcript and committing it to official record.
- Accurately type various documents, reports, memos, and other written materials as needed by the organization.
- Must have excellent typing speed.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Proven experience as a stenographer.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using stenography machines or shorthand methods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during lengthy proceedings.
