Food Technologist

Leading Kitchen team by guiding and giving inputs at all stages of new development development
- Majorly Should have knowledge of Blast Chilling & Freezing of food
- Ideation, benchmarking, recipe designing and costing of new products which are unique across the competitive market
- Design a monthly launch plan based
- Identifying and selecting suitable packaging materials, packaging conditions for new/existing products
- Ensuring that the product manufacturing, storage, and packaging is executed as per FSSAI, GMP, GHP, SOPs and other legal compliances

**REQUIREMENTS**

Deegree of Food Technologist
Experience of Food technologist in a food industry
Knowledge of Frozen products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
