**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing specialization, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relations, sales support, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and exhibitions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Freshers are welcome

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow-Up on Customer Inquiries: Proactively follow up on existing customer inquiries and quotations, ensuring timely responses and updates.
- Generate New Inquiries: Work to generate new inquiries from both existing clients and potential new customers by maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales and marketing engineers, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and productive interactions.
- Customer Updates: Regularly take updates from clients on the status of quotations, projects, and any ongoing business requirements, and communicate feedback to the relevant internal teams.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and related customer communications. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth flow of information and the timely resolution of customer issues.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and inquiries

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
