We are Mindful Science Centre, India's leading leadership development company and **We are looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our team**

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging and polished video content that meets our brand standards and client needs. You will collaborate closely with videographers, producers, and other creatives to bring our video vision to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into high-quality, finished videos for various social media platforms (e.g., website, social media, YouTube).
- Integrate audio elements such as music, sound effects, and voice-over narration.
- Create motion graphics and lower thirds (text overlays) as needed.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of video assets and project files.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project goals and revise edits based on feedback.
- Adhere to deadlines and maintain a high standard of quality in all work.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing software and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a video editor (or equivalent experience in a related field).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, including storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual flow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

**Bonus points**:

- Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects)
- Experience editing for specific platforms (e.g., social media)
- Knowledge of color grading techniques
- A strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills
