Warranty Advisor

A Warranty Advisor is responsible for managing customer warranty claims and ensuring they are
processed accurately and in a timely manner. The role requires an individual with excellent
communication skills who can effectively deal with customer complaints while closely working
with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Process customer warranty claims and communicate with customers regarding the status of
their claims.
2. Ensure that warranty claims are processed accurately and in a Timely manner.
3. Review and analyse warranty claims data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement.
4. Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Customer Service and Technical
Support to resolve customer issues.
5. Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their claims and to address
any questions or concerns they may have.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and warranty claim details.
7. Provide excellent service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
and professionally
8. Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure that warranty claims are
processed efficiently and effectively.
9. Participate in training and development activities to maintain knowledge of product and
warranty policies and procedures
Desired Skillets and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a warranty support role from a Commercial Vehicle Dealership

Of Tata Motors.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong a Mention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of warranty and product process and procedure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience- 2 - 8 Years- Salary- 3 Lac To 4 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.- Industry- Cargo / Freight / Transportation / Packaging / Shipping/Logistic- Qualification- Other Bachelor Degree- Key Skillsworkshop
