Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:

- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Prepare and issue revenue invoices to customers.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions. Employee Reimbursements Checking and Timely payments.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits or regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

3. General Ledger Maintenance:

Qualifications and Skills:

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Record journal entries for transactions and adjustments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Knowledge of GST / TDS.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and financial

institutions.
- Support the Finance Manager in special projects or initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience min 2 years working in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software ie. Tally. - Mandatory
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial
