**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full Stack Development**: Take ownership of both front-end and back-end codebases, implementing best practices to optimize for performance, usability, and security.
- **Tech Stack Management**: Choose and manage appropriate front-end and back-end technologies (React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and ensure they align with the company's technical goals.
- **API Design & Integration**: Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and GraphQL for communication between front-end and back-end systems. Ensure smooth integration with third-party services and data sources.
- **Database Architecture**: Design and optimize both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure scalability, availability, and reliability.
- **Security & Compliance**: Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection, to ensure that the system adheres to industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- **Mentorship & Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance on architectural decisions, coding practices, and professional development.
- **Innovation**: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Continuously evaluate new tools and frameworks that could improve the development process.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **8+ years of experience** in software development with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Extensive experience with **JavaScript** (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and modern front-end frameworks.
- Solid understanding of **back-end technologies** such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or C#.
- Proficiency with **RESTful API design** and **GraphQL**.
- Deep knowledge of **database systems** (SQL and MongoDB), including optimization and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms like **AWS**, **Google Cloud**, or **Azure**.
- Hands-on experience with **containerization** (Docker, Kubernetes) and **CI/CD** pipelines.
- **Microservices architecture** and building scalable, distributed systems.
- Knowledge of **authentication protocols** (OAuth, JWT, etc.) and secure software development practices.
- Familiarity with **DevOps practices** and tools for automated deployments and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
