**Responsibilities**:

- Administer and manage the Netsuite ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and security.
- Configure and customize Netsuite modules to align with business requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance business operations.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users, developing documentation and training materials as needed.
- Assist in data management activities including import, export, and validation of data within Netsuite.
- Stay current with Netsuite updates and enhancements, assessing their implications for the business.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Netsuite Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Netsuite functionalities, including financial management, inventory, and CRM.
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite ERP solutions.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the Netsuite system.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
