1. Adding leads in CRM
2.Assessing the leads and assigning it to respective BDE
3. Creating reports of the responses and lead progress
5. Resuffling the leads according to the needs.
**SKILLS**:
Fast in MS Excel, Must have outstanding customer service skills. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. Must have excellent management and leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
**QUALIFICATION**:
Bachelor Degree (ANY COURSE)
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Manage customer relations and create reports out of teams performance. The executive monitors customer satisfaction and devises ways for the company to better serve customers.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
