**Job Responsibility**
- Accountability of on the database assigned for calling - daily target of about 140-160 calls
- Ensuring maximum lead generation out of the database and ensuring the correct process is followed for the transfer of leads
- Capturing the correct details and updating the CRM accurately
- Assist in calling for the fairs/events
- Timely submission of required reports
- Regularly updating their knowledge of our offerings

**Requirements and Skill**
- Prior work experience of 1-3 years in a BPO/Call Centre environment would be a plus
- Good command over English (Spoken & Written)
- Probing capabilities and quality work mindset
- Conviction & Confident
- Flexibility to work in shifts - Window of 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (8.5 hrs x 5.5 days with 2 Saturdays off in a month)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
