**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the online marketplaces for our products in India and overseas, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product content, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer support.
- Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
- Manage the company's website content and work with developers for website optimization.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling product descriptions and marketing copy.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
