**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Processing**:

- Collect, verify, and process employee time and attendance data.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions (taxes, benefits, garnishments, etc.).
- Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes (promotions, salary adjustments, etc.) in the payroll system.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Prepare and file payroll taxes, social security, unemployment, and other government-required payments and reports.
- Assist in preparing for audits and ensuring payroll records are up-to-date and accurate.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Update employee payroll information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Prepare payroll-related reports for management, including labor cost analysis, tax liability, and other payroll metrics.
- **Communication and Support**:

- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and other related matters.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide support during payroll audits and year-end activities, including W-2 processing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
