**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in research projects across various domains within engineering.
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms using Python.
- Contribute to the entire project lifecycle from concept to publication of results.
- Collaborate with other team members on research projects, offering expertise in machine learning, python programming and curriculum creation.
- Teach and mentor students, colleagues and new hires on best practices in machine learning and engineering research.

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their practical implementations.
- Proven track record of participating in research projects and publishing in reputable conferences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to teach complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
